Development Objective
A boutique development featuring three identical two story properties for dedicated short-term rentals
Design Approach
Create a mini resort feel with a collection of modern two-story accommodation units each with its own designer pool.
Project Outcome
Completed between May 2025 and January 2026, this project was delivered for the client in a well-defined timeline. The buildings are gerenating substantial revenue in the first 6 months of operation.
The Challenge
The land parcel contained a small home built well over 30 years ago without modern construction techiques and materials. It had been converted to several rental units within the building. Upkeep was expensive and rental revenue limited. A completely new approach was needed for a successful rental operation
The Solution
he original building was demolished and the lot fully cleared. The BECC Developement worked with the owners to formulate a design for a new building specifically for use in vacation rentals. Using high ceilings, covered screened porches and an open plan format the final project was extended to incorporate three buildings in a neatly developed lot.
The Outcome
The project was completed in March 2026 and has already proved successful, building a solid rental operation with good projected occupancy in the first 6 months
