An integrated team
BECC Development is the design-and-build brand of BECC Construction, providing construction and property development services across the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Our construction team have known each other since childhood, trained together as students and each has 20+ year experience in the Turks and Caicos Islands construction industry.
Architect
Charles has worked in TCI for 20 years and specializes in creating thoughtful, livable designs with strict adherence to the local building code.
Chief Engineer
Aston brings over 20 years of construction experience across the Turks and Caicos Islands, working on residential and commercial projects. His background includes major infrastructure developments, including stadium construction in Antigua and Barbados and serving as site engineer at Nevis International Airport.
MEP specialist
Bryant is a certified electrician who is well known on the island and has done contracting work with many of the key organizations such as South Bank Marina.
Client liaison
Originally from England and now resident in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Jeremy brings extensive experience in the vacation rental sector and valuable connections across the local residential real estate market. As the primary client contact for BECC, he helps clients navigate their property journey, connecting them with relevant local contacts and professional services.
