The Challenge
An underutilised portion of the property presented both an opportunity and a challenge. The site was compact, had limited frontage, and needed to function completely independently from the main villa on teh same lot to ensure maximum privacy for both owners and guests.
The goal was to create a boutique vacation rental that would not only complement the existing property but also perform strongly in the competitive Providenciales rental market.
The Solution
We designed and built Gracehaven Getaway as a self-contained one-bedroom villa with its own entrance, private outdoor space, and plunge pool. The design maximises every square foot through an open-plan layout, high ceilings, and expansive glass doors that connect indoor and outdoor living.
A clean, modern architectural style with natural materials and a soft neutral palette creates a calm, timeless atmosphere that appeals to discerning travellers. Indigenous vegetation was retained to create a natural garden ambience.
The Outcome
Gracehaven Getaway has delivered exceptional results since opening. It generates strong year-round bookings, achieves nightly rates approaching those of the much larger flagship villa, and has significantly increased the overall earning potential of the property.
The project has also enhanced the property’s versatility and market appeal, attracting a broader range of guests while maintaining the privacy and exclusivity of both villas.
